Head of Product £100,000 - £120,000 London I am looking for a Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager for one of the UK's leading eCommerce organisations. You will influence and empower a team of high performing product leaders to create industry first outcomes for a leading consumerbrand. The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for a large commercial area of the business, across multiple brands and tech platforms. You'll help them develop their core proposition from a traditional transactional customerexperience to a full-service relationship one. They are a fun, close team who are going through significant growth and they need a new experienced product leader talent to take them to the next stage. You will be comfortable running a team and hiring further as the business grows. The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for: - Re-imagining the customer experiences to make complex journeys simplified. - Bringing cutting edge tech to solve simple problems - think open banking, machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence. - Work closely to develop a differentiated customer proposition. - Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the audience. - Align stakeholders, direct the product roadmap, prioritise features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with wider business. - Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results. The Head of Product / Product Lead / Senior Product Manager will have: - Have a strong background within product management in any consumer sector, such as eCommerce, marketplaces, travel, media, fintech, entertainment, utilities, etc. - Achieved success delivering consumer facing products that drive real user value and business financial goals. - Leveraged both user experience and AB testing to find product/market fit. - You create structure out of ambiguity and have a pragmatic "can do" and "make it happen" attitude in a collaborative way. - An analytical mind and can communicate product performance through Google Analytics, SQL, Google Sheets and/or Segment etc. - A passion for beautiful products - obsessing over simplicity, clarity, and pixel perfection.
