Our client has an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Product**-**EdTech** to join their team.

Location: Hybrid - London (central)

**Salary**: c£60K basic (dependent on experience)

**About Our Client**:
Our client is a dynamic, forward-thinking creator of children’s EdTech leaning products. This well-established and award-winning business is now looking for commercially astute professional to work alongside Editors, Content Creators and Product managersin order to develop world class educational platform.

**Head of Product - EdTech - **The Role:
This leadership role is a key part of the strategic commitment to better enable their partners, schools, teachers, and students to get the very best value out of the solutions provided.

**Head of Product - EdTech** - Key Responsibilities:

- As a visionary leader, you will guide a team of dynamic professionals to develop cutting-edge EdTech resources that empower students to think critically, stay informed, and thrive
- In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to define and map out the eLearning strategy
- Create comprehensive strategic plans for all Education Team projects to maximize impact and achieve business objectives
- Effectively manage the Education Team budget to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
- Manage the education team including freelance writers and recruit and train staff as required

**Head of Product - EdTech **- You:

- You will be fanatical about education and learning tech
- In-depth understanding of UK curriculum and may have previously worked within an educational establishment as a teacher for example
- You will have demonstrable prior experience in both creation and operating eLearning and certification programs specifically around digital products and services
- You will have a good eye for detail when it comes to content production quality, consistency, and professionalisEm
- You will be a highly creative and practical individual
- You will ideally have some hands-on ability to help in the creation of our production processes and workflows, with a mind’s eye on the creation, and direction of, efficient and cost-managed content production and development processes and workflows
- You will have the ability to work with internal teams and individuals to help get content and raw material required to support content production

If you have a commercial background within the EdTech and/or eLearning sector and have previously worked as a Teacher or equivalent, we want to speak to you.
