The programme is drawn from the Apprenticeship Standard Associate Project Manager level 4but will be undertaken in 18 months including the End Point Assessment (EPA) period.

Throughout the apprenticeship you will attend monthly virtual tuition, along with coaching from our training partner and e-learning assignments that cover core aspects of project management such as leadership, communication, stakeholder management, planningand cost control.

The programme may lead to a Project or Programme Co-ordinator role upon completion.

What it's like to work here You’ll be working on an exciting variety of projects within Urban Green programme and be based out of our Heelis office, Swindon.

We have a supportive and growing community of over 250 project and programme professionals - from apprentices to co-ordinators, officers, managers and senior manager roles - who collectively deliver an enormous amount of impact for the charity.

As an organisation we spend £200m+ per year on our projects in support of our charitable aims. We do so to protect and care for places so people and nature can thrive. We look after thousands of houses and close to a million objects, along with vast areasof coastline, countryside and green spaces, for everyone’s benefit.

Doing this well is a great responsibility, as well as hugely interesting and rewarding.

What you'll be doing - You’ll be supporting projects which sit within the Trust’s Urban Green programme, which are at various stages of progress. This is an exciting and dynamic national programme, with a team spread across England. So you can expect variety - and a bit of travel.
