The programme is drawn from the Apprenticeship Standard Associate Project Manager level 4 but will be undertaken in 18 months including the End Point Assessment (EPA) period.
Throughout the apprenticeship you will attend monthly virtual tuition, along with coaching from our training partner and e-learning assignments that cover core aspects of project management such as leadership, communication, stakeholder management, planning and cost control.
The programme may lead to a Project or Programme Co-ordinator role upon completion.

As an organisation we spend £200m+ per year on our projects in support of our charitable aims. We do so to protect and care for places so people and nature can thrive. We look after thousands of houses and close to a million objects, along with vast areas of coastline, countryside and green spaces, for everyone’s benefit.
You'll work within the Support and Revenue directorate, you'll be working on projects with the team responsible for maximising the value of the products, systems and processes. This includes everything from our holidays systems, to our admissions and events booking platforms and the systems we use to manage our supporter relationships. We look at the end-to-end impacts of change and working closely with our delivery teams in IT, collaborate to deliver the optimum solution.
- What you'll be doing:You’ll be working with your Trust Line Manager/ Mentor on tasks specific to your assigned project or projects, as part of the wider team.
- Expect to be involved in tasks such as reviewing and updating the project plan, risk register or highlight reports; supporting with stakeholder meetings and workshops; and preparing information for project boards.
- You’ll attend, and prepare for, monthly review meetings with your Coach and be accountable for your progression against the Apprenticeship Standard.
- You’ll be required to complete and upload evidence to an e-portfolio to document your progress.
- You’ll be required to complete mandatory e-learning courses and will be given training to prepare for the Association for Project Management’s (APM) Project Management Qualification (PMQ).

**The minimum standards required for this role are**:
- Team player with the ability to work independently but also as part of the project team
- Keen to learn, committed to self-development and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills
- Passionate about project management and interested in pursuing a career in the profession
- Good attention to detail
- 5 GCSEs at (including maths and English at C/4 or above) and 2 A levels, BTEC or equivalent level 3 qualification
