The Dalmeny Resort Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and driven Hotel Reservationist with a good eye for detail to join our Front of House team. The Hotel Reservationist is to be guest focused and to be a wealth of knowledge for all areas of the hotel, treating guests with due care and attention by anticipating their needs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Effect a professional handover procedure to ensure continuity throughout shifts
- Assist in dealing with complaints and customer queries
- Carry out specific duties as and when required by the Reception Manager
- Input reservations into the computerised reservations system
- Dispatch confirmations and hotel information
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Answer telephone and in-person queries related to hotel services and resolves any issues
- Prepare and complete room and restaurant bills
- Handle payments through cash and credit cards
- General Front of House duties
- Dealing with group bookings

**Salary**: Up to £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
