Clarke Transport a family business - one of the leading privately owned multi-service transport organisations in the UK are looking for a **Vehicle Maintenance Unit Administrator **to work out of our depot in **Tipton, West Midlands.**

**Duties**
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and re-direct calls.
- Communicate in a clear, polite and concise manner with colleagues/customers in all departments as required by the demands of the business.
- Data entry.
- Check process and monitor supplier delivery notes and invoices.
- Monitor and record asset maintenance events and advise arising issues to necessary personnel.
- Provide various reports/spreadsheets for internal departments and customers in a timely manner.
- Usage of internal bespoke transport IT system to track and plan asset maintenance schedules.
- Implementation of Purchase Order processing system.
- Process requests for PPE.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, as requested.
- To complete any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.

- **£11.02 Per Hour**:

- 20 Days plus 8 statutory holidays (28 days in total)
- Additional Holiday after 4 years’ service - Extra Day for every additional year’s service up to a maximum of 5 extra days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.02 per hour
