I’m currently recruiting for Freight Account Manager to join a growing freight forwarding business based down at the Airport. We are looking for experienced freight forwarders who either have accounts to help grow the company’s presence or to go and proactivelywin new business.

- Previous Freight Forwarding experience - preferably ocean imports
- Have dealt with end-end logístical processes
- Sales experience within freight or own customer base is extremely desirable
- Experience of customs regulations is desirable
- Genuinely passionate in finding solutions for clients
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to clearly communicate
- Confident in decision making and negotiating
- Must be able to work within a forward-thinking team

**Duties and Responsibilities;**
- Bring on board new business
- Outbound & inbound telesales
- Converting requests and closing leads
- Working operations when needed - mostly ocean imports
- Look after shipments from bookings to deliveries
- Arrange customs clearance for both import & export shipments
- Provide quotes for clients
- Ability to achieve sales and revenue targets
