**About Us**

O’Neills Kitchen Supplies are a leading wholesale distributor of sinks, taps, and kitchen appliances to kitchen installers across Scotland. Based in Glasgow, we’re a forward-thinking and growing company offering an exciting opportunity to join our busy sales office.

**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to take on a dual role, combining internal customer service and social media responsibilities.

**Customer Service Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound telephone sales and customer enquiries
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide quotes and follow up to convert to sales
- Build rapport with new and existing customers
- Track stock from suppliers
- Provide cover for other office roles as needed
- Provide support for external sales

**Social Media Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (B2B focused)
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and engagement opportunities
- Respond promptly to comments and direct messages
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency
- Analyse performance data and report on key social media metrics
- Stay updated on social media best practices and industry trends

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in using computers and digital tools
- Experience with social media management platforms and content creation
- Previous sales experience and/or knowledge of the fitted kitchen industry (preferred but not essential)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
