We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé. We are setting up new Operating model for Coty partnering with PGD talent. This role will be pivotal in delivering this successfully. We are very excited to take Zenith-Coty-PGD partnership to the new level learning from other client groups while creating absolutelyunique operation focused on best in class delivery. Our broader team mission is to create Coty as the number one team to work for - a destination client by creating together an environment that fosters: - Proactivity & curiosity - "Can do" attitude - Knowledge sharing & cross pollination Our values are - Supporting and Respectful - Allows for opportunity for all - Everyone contributes to the team - all work is important - Integration of teams (global, local, PGD) - Grow client relationship and grow team together - Best in class work - promote innovation and testing and learning - Not afraid of challenge and change KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the finance lead for the Coty digital hub and the Zenith billing accounts team to ensure booking, billing and reconciliation processes are managed accurately and on time - PO management: ensure all PO’s are received for the digital hub and match media plans, correct currencies, and entities - Liaise with local markets to ensure POs and billings are received and on time - Highlight to the finance lead when there is a need to escalate to the billings team for client account team booking issues to coordinate follows ups with media buying leads to ensure queries are resolved - Support the finance lead in improving the Coty Finance ops process to ensure it as efficient as possible. - Be proactive in investigating and resolving any issues with the finance process implementing solutions to avoid similar issues in the future - Help to manage and coordinate with teams to resolve outstanding queries and payments - Assist in automating current manual work streams to improve teams work efficiencies - Attend Publicis Media Finance meetings - Support Smart Operations Director and Smart Ops Finance Lead with Zenith Global finance projects and any other adhoc tasks **Qualifications** - High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel, usage of Prisma or accounting systems - Accuracy and attention to detail - Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives - Prioritization, good time management and attention to detail - Professional, ambitious and driven and team player - Be able to take the initiative when required and work independently to complete tasks, but also maintain good coordination with the various teams **Additional Information** At Zenith Global, we believe that fostering an inclusive culture where all talent can thrive makes our company stronger and help drive invention in the work we do for our clients better.
