**Job description**

Required for our busy Aberdeen dry dock office.

**Office Administrator**
- Customer service skills required to assist in answering and directing external calls
- Maintaining company database
- Processing timesheets
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Processing of completed jobs
- Filing of records
- Holiday database upkeep
- Personable telephone manner essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAGE required

Applicant should be computer literate, have a good work ethic and be able to work under their own supervision.

25 days holiday per year plus an additional 9 local and public holidays, and company pension in line with Government requirements will be provided as part of the package

**Salary**: £30,800.00 per year
