We have recently won a new contract to provide this service to Thames Water, come and join our team as we embark on the next chapter.

You will play a key role in an essential service for our customers. You will be responsible for the timely completion of repair work on the sewer and drainage network. Your role is to plan work to the right engineer with the right equipment and maximise the use of the resources available. You will liase with customers throughout their journey, agreeing access if needed and keeping them informed about what’s happening throughout to give them the best possible experience.

**Salary**: £24,000

**Responsibilities**:
To plan jobs accurately and optimise engineer productivity, within a specific geographic area.

Ensuring that all office enabling has been completed and that Field Teams have all required information and equipment to complete works on first visit.

To allocate work and meet all Traffic Management and Permit requirements to avoid financial penalties

Progress chase engineers to ensure work planned for the day is on track as expected, and jeopardy manage work as required..

To call customers to arrange engineer visits, keep informed and set expectations during the customer journey.

Work with your team to achieve performance targets

Support the field teams with any queries to ensure all work can be completed successfully.

**Essential Key Skills/Experience**:
We are looking for people with good customer communication skills who are logical thinkers and enjoy making decisions. We need your problem solving and 'can do' attitude
- we will give you the relevant training on our processes and the Salesforce system. We have a pathway program to develop your skills and help you progress with us.
