**What you’ll be doing**
You’ll be responsible for understanding resource requirements and constraints as well as optimising resource utilisation to plan customer and maintenance work effectively, as well as ensuring that every customer has a best in class interactions with you in the Customer Solution Centre. The role carries a high level of responsibility as you will look after a large geographical area, manage multiple stakeholders and be expected to flex between varying business requirements on a daily basis, be those duties of a Customer Assurance agent or Customer Planner. This role aims to deliver excellent service to our customers and is at the heart of prioritising and delivering work for our field teams as we strive to be the best in the industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as proactively prioritise work
- The ability to work with business critical systems, Salesforce and NGCC
