**Demand Planner**

**Slough - hybrid model (2 days per week in the office)**

As a Demand Planner, you'll be part of our Demand Forecasting Team which develops and maintains sales forecasts. The forecasts are used by factories (to make the right products, and buy the correct raw materials), by the Brand Team (to understand how their brands are performing) and by Finance and senior leadership (to make appropriate decisions based on the projected outcomes).

The Demand Forecasting Team sits within the Marketing function at KP Snacks and plays a critical role in making sure the right products are made at the right time, enabling us to deliver to our customers on time.

**What will you be doing as a Demand Planner?**
- Maintaining a robust base forecast and forecasting for promotional activities based off price mechanics and off shelf feature
- Analysing buy-in patterns and EPOS trends to enrich the forward forecast, underpinned by category insight
- Building close cross-functional relationships to drive cross-functional input into the short and long term forecast
- Providing customer portal support to the wider business to successfully land/deliver promotions and NPD's
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve demand planning processes and tools
