**Job description**

We are excited to share that we are **looking for a Team membwr**to join our KOKORO restaurant in **Bournemouth**

We are a fast & casual restaurant providing a varied range of contemporary Asian-infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.

**Duties**:
1. **Sushi Preparation**: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.

2. **Food Preparation and Cooking**: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe

3. **Ingredient Management**: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments

4. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand

5. **Customer Interaction**: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.

**Job Types**: Part-time

**Salary**: National minimum salary
- 21 and over : £ 11.44 plus Holiday Pay
- 18-20 Year Old : £ 8.60 plus Holiday Pay
