Overview

We are excited to share that we are looking for a Team member to join our KOKORO restaurant in Bournemouth

Duties:

  1. Sushi Preparation: Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.

  2. Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe

  3. Ingredient Management: Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments

  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand

  5. Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.

Job Types : Part-time

Salary : Starting from National minimum salary

Benefits: Discounted or free food

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
