We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Treasury Manager** to work here at Thrive Homes Our Leads are responsible for our frontline management, control & audit, budget control & delivery planning. This role will focus on financial planningand analysis of new and existing projects as well as ‘business as usual' day to day operational team reporting.

**The Opportunity**
- Preparation & Management of short
- and long-term cash flow forecast
- Ensure cash management procedures and policies are in place and adhered to across the group in line with loan agreement
- Managing surplus funds deposits as part of day-to-day cash management & arranging treasury transactions/payments
- Preparation and completion of lenders covenant compliance certificates in compliance with loan agreements
- Forecasting of short and medium-term funding and hedging requirements where applicable
- Ensure treasury processes and procedures are in place and that appropriate information is available for inclusion into risk maps, financial statements, forecasts, plans, regulatory returns, publications, and updates
- Accurate and timely instructions for loan repayments, interest payments, issuing instructions relating to rolling of variable rate loans and drawdown of new funds.
- Oversee securitisation work and maximising security, timely valuations & properties are charged in a timely fashion maintaining a comfortable level of charged facilities with the security trustee.
- Work closely with the AD Treasury to input into treasury reports
**Requirements**:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) or working towards a Treasury Qualification.
- Strong technical, research and analytical skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Loan documentations and securitisation
- Sector knowledge
**Benefits**
- Salary of **£60,000 - £65,000** per year depending on experience.
