- Here at Beech House, we are looking for a kind, compassionate person to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. This is a part-time role on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.

**Your role will involve**:

- To be the first point of contact for clients.
- Relay accurately & action in a timely manner all messages taken.
- Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Welcome and register clients on arrival and making appointments.
- Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.
- Taking payments, and cashing up.

**About the rota**:

- This is a part-time role covering 17 hours per week, working a variety of shifts between the hours of 8 am - 7 pm, with 2 in 4 Saturday mornings.
