OverviewBeech House is looking for a kind, compassionate person to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. This is a part-time fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.ResponsibilitiesTo be the first point of contact for clients.Relay accurately and action in a timely manner all messages taken.Act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.Welcome and register clients on arrival and make appointments.Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.Taking payments and cashing up.Why Join Us?Beech House is a small first opinion practice with a loyal client base. This enables us to provide excellent and friendly care to our clients, many of whom have been with the practice for several decades. Our team consists of 2 Vets, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Nurse.
