Customer Service Advisor

**Starting Salary**:£20,500 (plus up to £6,000 commission)

**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays)

**Location**: Unit 5 Pioneer Business Park, Clifton Moor, Yorkshire, YO30 4TN

**Job Purpose...**

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Answer questions about products or Radius as business
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
- Use your initiative to maintain your relationships and put feedback into practice

**What do we expect of you?**
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Driven approach to meet and exceed expectations of customers
- Display agility to be flexible and open to customer feedback and new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office programmes e.g. Excel
