We are looking for a fitness instructor and personal trainer to take sessions at our boutique fitness studio in Llanishen. Someone that feels great when they have helped others to achieve their goals. You will be delivering group sessions at our studio as well as being involved in the day to day running of the gym, inducting new members, client retention and support, answering enquiries, liaising with other trainers and our customer care team and much more. Fitter Body Ladies are a family run business and having opened in Northampton in 2012 we now have 20 locations open in the UK, Llanishen was our 3rd location in Wales (we are now on 6) - it's a really exciting time to become an integral part of our growing company as lots of opportunities are being created across the UK. Most of our members are over 40, have kids and have not had a lot of success in the past with achieving their health and fitness goals. We get to know our members so that we are better placed to help them. This is NOT a position that requires you to pay rent. This is NOT a position that needs you to do a certain amount of FREE hours each week. This is NOT a corporate PT role where you are just one of many others. We really try hard to create an environment where good ideas are shared and we implement them quickly. Continually improving. Most Personal Trainers/ Fitness Instructors entered the fitness industry because they had a passion for health and fitness and they love to help people. They get a real buzz out of knowing that they played an important part in helping someone to become healthier, lose weight, and gain more confidence. This is what we aim to do for every single one of our members. We know their names. We get to know about their jobs and families and we help them become the best possible version of themselves. This is the perfect opportunity to be part of a fast growing and exciting company with many opportunities to come. £15.75 an hour for delivery (after training) plus £12.21 per hour for any working from home required on customer care. Initial hours Monday afternoon 4:15pm-7:30pm, Wednesday 6:15-10:30am plus 4:15pm-7:30pm, Friday afternoon 4:15-6:30pm plus Saturday mornings 7:45am-11am. Plus further hours for admin, inductions, paid 1-1 sessions with existing members and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during the week. Plus you will be able to use our fully equipped studio for your own private work outside of the class timetable.
