**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an executive role or similar leadership position, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not essential; relevant experience will be considered.

**Experience**:

- Regulatory Affairs: 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of chemical regulations and compliance: 1 year (required)
- good understanding of CLP regulations: 1 year (required)
