Page Personnel are currently partnering with a prestigious Legal and Insurance Services business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within the People Team, you will beresponsible for providing administrative support to HR Advisors.

**Description**

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

- Supporting the HR Advisors and wider People team in all areas of HR Administration
- Ensuring all employee records are up to date
- Maintaining an accurate database
- Resolving HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
- Accurately recording absences
- Managing the HR inbox
- Supporting the HR Advisors in employee relations cases
- Tracking new starters and participating in the onboarding and induction processes
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Profile**

The successful HR Administrator will have:

- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD L3 or above (desirable)
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn

**Job Offer**
