Cove Group has an exciting new vacancy for a Marketing Co-Ordinator, based at Shrewsbury Prison.

As the Marketing Co-Ordinator in the attraction division, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the marketing plan for Shepton Mallet Prison. Providing support and having input into the development of marketing strategy. Ensuring KPI's are achieved and positively contributing actively to our team culture.

Our Attraction Division currently encompasses Shrewsbury Prison and Shepton Mallet Prison with a plan to grow the attractions within the division and diversify our portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Monitoring organic social media posts and activity
- Ensuring site teams are curating social media posts
- Curating social media posts
- Supporting site teams with marketing requirements
- Strategising marketing campaigns
- Driving social media content that generates more engagement
- Keeping up to date with trends in social media and competitors
- Building campaigns & strategies into Asana
- Identifying gaps in media content and filling these with content creation
- Working with external partners to meet requirements
- Supporting the delivery of our mission statements
- Working towards a high level of staff morale by supporting employees
