Position: Employer Brand Marketing Specialist
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Full time
Salary/Benefits: £250 - 300 per day inside IR35
Location: Warwick, hybrid working 1 - 2 days per week on site

We are currently looking for an experienced Employer Brand Marketing Specialist to join the Global Talent Acquisition team at a growing company.

You will be responsible for supporting a variety of projects, developing, and creating the marketing strategy, implementing campaigns, and utilising metrics to evaluate the success of these campaigns.

You will also write the stories of your colleagues, shoot, and edit videos, create digital content, and build the company websites, to promote the employer brand.

Responsibilities of the Employer Brand Marketing Specialist
- You will think and act strategically to translate the employer brand to their local markets, positioning the company as an employer of choice
- Craft engaging content ranging from blogs to social media to video to increase brand awareness
- Take ownership of various tools and programs to extend the brand's reach, such as our People Blog, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, global career site, social channels, etc.
- Manage the creation of a set of marketing assets (brochure, web, adverts, videos) to use throughout the campaign
- Work with external agencies to manage key channels (including social media and digital advertising), and regularly monitor to make relevant changes based on performance and feedback
- Collaborate with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to ensure messaging has alignment and that content is continually crafted with an I&D lens
- Build and maintain trust and influence with marketing, communication, DE&I and talent acquisition teams
- Use a range of tools (including CRM, Google analytics) to engage, report on and measure how campaigns perform within our audiences
- Liaise with social media representatives, creative agencies, and internal teams to create engaging content.

Skills required for the Employer Brand Marketing Specialist
- Experience working in Employer branding, digital marketing, or social media marketing
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing or experience partnering with global talent acquisition teams
- Superior analytical and reporting skills; ability to compile, develop and report on key metrics (examples include Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.)
