Identity Governance Administrator

**About The Role**:
The role of the Identity Governance Administrator is to support the ongoing maturity of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) process and controls for Motability Operations.

As an Identity Governance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's identity governance program, specifically focused on recertifications and access reviews.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that identity access management policies and procedures are being implemented and followed in accordance with regulatory compliance.

Minimum Criteria
- Experience in Identity and Access management
- Knowledge of document repository systems such as SharePoint, Confluence etc
- Experience with identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Oracle or Saviynt
- Experience managing recertification campaigns and reviewing access exceptions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
