**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Governance Administrator **to join us.
Team Leidos, led by Leidos Europe Ltd, is honoured to support the UK MOD’s Logistic Commodities & Services Transformation (LCS[T]) programme, a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain -providing essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and procurement and inventory management of food, packed fuels, clothing, medical materiel and general supplies.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Management of the Governance Calendar and Mailbox to ensure schedules optimised
- Organising and co-ordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
- Co-ordination and production of the material to support Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
- Recording and monitoring actions from Senior Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
- Tracking, developing and reporting key deliverables in accordance with the Governance Calendar
- Providing adhoc support to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team
- Provide oversight and direction to Reception and Facilities staff
**Skills Required**:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a senior level environment
- Strong planning skills
- Advanced experience in using Microsoft Office (including ability to produce high quality presentations)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines, prioritising in a demanding environment
- A friendly, flexible and positive approach
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior management
- HND Business Administration is desirable or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The **Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme** for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).
