**The role**:

- We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our existing HR team.
You will be responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent for our business, through proactive management and delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
This will include pipeline development and employer branding.

**What you'll do**:

- Create attractive job descriptions and adverts in line with business requirements and strategy
- Support managers and HR business partners in developing succession plans
- Liase with internal stakeholders and HR business partners to understand future vacancies and promote VEKA recruitment standards and best practice
- Conduct and facilitate training and development for line managers in recruitment and selection standards
- Ensure effective onboarding and inductions in place for new starters
- Development of VEKA talent pool in line with GDPR
- Monthly KPI and data reporting and analysis

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent communication skills at all levels within the business using various methods
- Ability to influence as an individual contributor
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
- Self-starter and driven individual
- Data conscious with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
