Are you an experienced Administrator, looking for an opportunity to add value to a support role? Are you happy to work within a reactive and expanding business? This role will be supporting the company PA with quality, H&S, facilities and HR administration plus other general support to the business as required.

As the **Administration Assistant**, your duties will be
- To download and manage daily/weekly/monthly audits
- To update management spreadsheet daily/weekly/monthly in preparation for external audits
- Update notice boards across the 2 sites, ensuring that all information on display is the correct version or in date
- Scanning and filing
- Update all spreadsheets and files for facilities management, check all details are correct and prepare data in preparation for meetings
- Communicate to managers when audit data is missing and files when received
- Assist the company PA to maintain the controlled document directory and version control.
- Take water temperatures monthly (facilities)
- Assist with monthly inspections of the company facilities
- Contact suppliers/contractors for their RAMS and insurances.
- Support the company PA when obtaining new starters references.
- Stationery orders
- Recording Near Misses/Accidents
- Monitoring investigations when Near Misses and Accidents have been recorded.
- Data collation of contractors onto a spreadsheet to monitor attendance and cost to business
- Record and monitor uniform stock levels
- Support in arranging staff functions/motivational days
- First aid equipment - conduct inspections of the first aid boxes and order stock when required.
- Asset tag management - company owed equipment to be tagged and registered onto a central spreadsheet.
- To provide support in upholding the ISO accreditations and Investors in people.
- Preparing the training/meeting room for inductions and visitors.
- Any ad hoc duties as and when required.

This role is on an initial 9 month fixes term.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
