Our Customer Contact Centre has an open position available for a Booking Office Advisor (Customer Contact Executive) or a Call Centre Agent for those of you who have been in a similar position in the past.

We would like to offer you the chance to join a fabulous team in the heart of the Hedge End retail park. Working for a prestigious Motor Group, Snows has been in the automotive industry for 60 years

We are looking for passionate, ethical and energetic people to join our onsite Contact Centre Team. Unlike other companies, you will be able to work in a warm and inviting office environment with a wonderful and supporting team to help guide you to being the best you can be.

Full time hours will help you earn more money and be successful. You will be able to earn upwards of £30,000 per year with the training and support that you will receive.

**This is not a Sales position and yet still has the opportunity to earn very well through excellent Customer Service Skills and would also suit those looking for a Customer Service Advisor position.**

Your role will be to make and receive phone calls for our existing customers. Providing help and assistance in booking them in for their MOT, Servicing and all other work related to their vehicle.

This is a “warm” call position, where customers are expecting to receive our notifications. There is no cold calling here and we have a lot of customers who need us to contact them to get booked into our very busy workshops. The mix of calls is approximately 60% Outbound and 40% Inbound, but this depends on the time of year.

The ability to be flexible with your working hours is required for this role due to having a 4-week shift rotation. Shifts will range from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday working is only one Saturday in four So you still get most of your weekends for a better work / life balance)
