**Customer Care Executive - Outskirts of Southampton - £24,000 - £25,000 - Free parking on site** A global luxury brand based on the outskirts of Southampton are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is passionate about providing a great service to their clients. You must have a "can do" attitude along with a professional and positive approach to your work. Ideally you will have previous customer service experience within an office environment, or relevant experience working within high end retail so that you can adapt quickly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a prestigious organisation who offers career development and a great work environment. **The Customer Care Executive duties will include**:- Processing customer complaints from first point of contact through to resolution.- Proactively contact customers to address any problems before a complaint arises- Offer support and guidance to customers, and become an integral part of the team- Liaise with logistics for any enquiries, and process lost in transit replacements- Ensure customer is notified of any delay in processes- Work collaboratively with internal departments **Keys skills** - The ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst continually providing exceptional customer care - Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel, SAP is advantageous - Team player with a focused mind - Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Tate is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
