We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Operations Administrator to join our busy environmental consultancy. They will be required to help with a range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the company. This includes liaising with customers, maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, building compliance documents and providing general support to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**:Assisting with client support services and related documentation.
- **Financial Support**:creating invoices and taking clients payments; assisting with debt recovery and potentially handling petty cash.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:Acting as a point of contact for clients, staff, and external parties; providing information and support; ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in excel; generating reports and creation of compliance documents in MS Word.
- **Compliance**:Assisting clients with adherence to relevant regulations and policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Administrative and clerical skills**:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and record-keeping.
- **Communication skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients.
- **Customer service skills**:Ability to provide helpful and efficient support to clients and colleagues.
- **Organisational skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Attention to detail**:Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- **Knowledge of property / construction terminology (desirable)**:Understanding of building terminology such as structure and components which will be frequently referred to with the reports would be highly desirable to minimise training time.

**Working Hours**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
