We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Junior Administrator to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Payroll/Operations/HR departments with admin duties. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual keen to embark on a career in administration or Payroll/Operations/HR, with progression options within all departments available in the future.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Efficient management and organization of physical and digital files.
- Accurate scanning and data entry tasks.
- Handling queries and associated administrative duties.
- Assisting with payroll setups and associated administrative duties.
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the operation of the office.

The above duties and responsibilities are not exhaustive and may evolve over time. You may also be asked to undertake other duties as may be reasonably required and which are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post.

**Location & commitments**:
Permanent full-time role (Mon - Fri) based at our Birkenhead Office (walking distance to Hamilton Square Station) 3 days a week, 2 days working from home (37.5 hours per week)
