**The Role: What You'll Do**

As a Call Centre Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting Hydro Cleansing’s services. Whether you're prospecting for new business or growing existing accounts, you'll be at the heart of our success.

**Key Responsibilities**

**For Hunters**:

- Proactively identify and engage new clients through warm leads, cold calls, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling pitches to convert prospects into customers.
- Expand our market reach by exploring new industries and territories.
- Close deals confidently and hand over accounts for ongoing management when appropriate.

**For Farmers**:

- Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services tailored to client needs.
- Maintain proactive communication to resolve issues and address concerns effectively.
- Develop deep account knowledge to provide bespoke solutions and maximise account value.

**General Responsibilities (for both Hunters and Farmers)**:

- Conduct outbound calls to engage with clients and generate interest.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and handling challenges with professionalism.
- Accurately update and maintain customer data in our bespoke CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to exceed individual and team targets.
- Follow call centre scripts and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**:

- Proven telesales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous call centre experience is essential.

**Skills**:

- **Sales Focus**: Results-driven with a natural flair for persuasion and negotiation.
- **Customer-Centric**: Adept at building trust and maintaining relationships.
- **Resilience**: Thrives under pressure, with the ability to handle challenges and rejection professionally.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- **Adaptability**: Excels in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Ethic**:

- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to succeed.
- Competitive spirit, whether achieving targets as a Hunter or excelling in account growth as a Farmer.

**Working Hours**
- **Standard Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- **Optional Extended Hours**: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM for client canvassing.
- Note: This is a fully office-based role with no remote work option.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Base Salary**: £22,000-£25,000 per year.
- **Uncapped Commission**: Start earning from Day 1, with OTE up to £75,000 per year.
