In this role, you will be responsible for researching in-depth information on companies and projects for Hydro Cleansing to contact, develop and maintain relationships with and ultimately be involved in ongoing/ future works. You will use a range of resources for researching including our own custom CRM system, infrastructure and construction web databases as well as using LinkedIn and other social media sources.

Duties for the role include:

- Working with the Marketing and Sales teams to design and coordinate sales campaigns.
- Research contact information for sales leads.
- Ensuring the call centres have a populated call list with a minimum quantity of dials
- Production of structural maps for all key clients.
- Personnel research of key contacts within clients.
- Publication, social media, and survey research
- To provide coverage for the purchase manager and fleet administrator where required.
- Inputting leads and assigning them to teams via our custom ERP Management System.
- Researching opportunities as instructed by the team leaders and line management.
- Adherence to Companywide procedures including but not limited to:

- Purchase Orders
- Sales Invoices
- Delivery notes
- GDPR regulations

**Skills, Experience**

We are looking for an individual with the following skills, experience & qualifications:

- Experienced in a related industry, such as construction, An established researcher
- Analytically minded
- Wiliness to learn
- Be able to navigate and process large amounts of data quickly and produce quality leads
- Competent with using all Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Positive can-do approach
- Flexible, team player, trustworthy, reliable
- Knowledge/ experience

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Croydon, CR0 4XB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
