Customer Contact Specialist

Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist to join our Volkswagen and Skoda division working at our Banbury Service Centre. The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.
The successful person will be supported with on target earnings of £30,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
Accurate data inputting of customer details
Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
Improve and drive lead conversions
Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
Initiating the solving of customers problems in a professional manner
Adhering to brand standards
About you
Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated & target driven
Able to work on your own or as part of a team
Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service
Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner
Competent using Microsoft Office
Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
