**Desired Experience (but not essential)**:

- Proven track record in financial services with a focus on client management
- Previous Credit Control experience and knowledge of credit control procedures
- Previous exposure to the recruitment industry
- Familiarity with basic financial principles and terminology

**Advantageous Qualifications**:

- Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - or equivalent work experience in a finance-related role will be considered in lieu of a qualification
