Domestic Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Supervisor to work as part of theFacilities Department team within the Macclesfield area. You would be providing quality domestic support, to ensure we perform to a high standard of cleaning and domestic duties in all parts of inpatient areas, clinics or other establishments and surrounding areas as required.

The position is full time and does include some weekends as per the Rota shift pattern 4 days on and 4 days off.

We provide a free uniform and full training will be provided.
- To maintain a patient focused service throughout the Trust.
- Be responsible for the day to day management of facilities staff
- To ensure that Standards meet with the requirements of the National Cleaning Standards
- To provide accurate monthly monitoring figures in accordance with the above standards using monitoring software.
- To provide advice and training to all facilities staff as required

Ensure all required management activity i.e. supervision / appraisal are conducted in line with policy

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
