Business Support Administrator

**We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team.**
**Job Purpose**:
**The Business Support Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:
- Undertake electronic filing and maintenance of digital records
- Scan working papers; Business Advisory and Private Client etc
- Process Banking
- Opening incoming mail and frank external mail
- Work from a shared inbox to provide local administrative support
- Undertake front of house duties as required, greeting clients and visitors, directing them to the right person and monitoring access and security arrangements
- Arrange for client refreshments
- Support the business lines, as required, with the administration of compliance tasks including digitally lodging accounts with Companies House, tagging and submitting CT600’s with HMRC
- Support the business lines, as required, to produce consistent high quality and accurate documents with a quick turnaround, ensuring letters, memos, file notes and reports are prepared in the required format and saved as per the firm’s filing standard.

- Relevant experience in this or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative
- Flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing demands.
