**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Manage phone communications with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure a tidy and organised office environment to promote productivity

**Requirements**:

- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Previous clerical experience is preferred

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
