Company: Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd Job Area: Human Resources Group, Human Resources Group > Human Resources General Summary PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support Talent Development teams on cyclical activities including ensuring that all related process, plans and programs are accurately reflected - Serve as a primary expert for Talent related transactions, processes and reporting - Leverage analytical tools and techniques to answer a broad range of high-impact people-related business questions - Document and maintain functional business requirements and process flows - Contribute to provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals. - Create current and future state process flow diagrams as needed - Assist in evaluating releases and updates and rolling out all applicable updates - Maintain working knowledge / experience with HR terminology, policy, and personnel management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of Business, Human Resources, or related work experience OR - Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience OR - High school Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Advanced Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Humanities, or related field. - Workday Talent or Learning Certified, ideally with a strong background in Workday security/cross-functional architecture and testing strategies. - 3 years experience in Talent Management or related work experience. - 5+ years experience managing Workday Talent or Learning configurations for customers of all sizes PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Frequently transports between offices, buildings, and campuses up to ½ mile. - Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 5 lbs. - Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g., standing or sitting) - Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day. - Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely. Minimum Qualifications **Education**: Bachelors, See the required degree associated with years of work experience Work Experiences: 9+ years of HR-related work experience. with High School Diploma or equivalent. 7+ years of HR-related work experience. with Associate's degree. 5+ years of HR-related work experience. Certifications: **Skills**: Preferred Qualifications **Education**: Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Humanities, Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Psychology Work Experiences: 1+ years of experience working in the technology industry in a global matrixed organization. ,3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Sr. Director level and above). ,7+ years of experience in multiple areas: recruiting, sourcing, talent development, organizational development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee recognition, communication, engagement and retention.
