**Office and Events Coordinator - Whiteley - £28k & Benefits**

**Introduction**

Tailor Made Technologies is looking for an experienced Office and Events Coordinator to work in our HQ in Whiteley, Hants on a full time Mon-Fri basis 9AM - 17:30PM, to provide support across events, fleet management, board meetings, sales reporting, and general PA duties.

**The Job**:
As an Office + Events Coordinator you will be dealing with our CEO + management board/directors daily, handling sensitive company information whilst acting with upmost discretion and will represent Tailor Made in a professional and courteous manner.
- General PA duties for CEO, Sales Director, Board, and other directors as and when they come up.
- Fleet Management - Book in MOT's, services, raise all insurance claims for accidents, manage the pool car diary, get monthly mileage, and record it in fleetcheck, issue drivers with updated insurance certificates each year, input all maintenance on fleetcheck and keep a copy of the invoice on our shared drive. Organise all vehicles that need to be returned and make sure all invoices, service history and keys are available.
- Award submissions
- Board packs - needs someone with discretion that will not discuss what they read - Send out reminders to directors and sales team each month asking for their board packs and board commentary to be in on the due date, convert all Word docs to PDF's, put in page numbers, update the contents page, and send out to all directors
- Business event organisation - Source and find venues, manage relationship and organisation, sort out spend requests and ensure finance pay the invoices on time
- Organising internal company events such as pool competitions, charity days, bake sales, summer BBQ, Christmas parties etc.
- Sales stats and reporting - Produce the sales report for sales council each month. Separate reports for telecoms and IT. Sales presentation creation.
- Minute meetings.

**Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.
- Salesforce experience, desirable but not essential as training will be given.
- MS Word, Excel, O365 knowledge.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment whilst multi-tasking and acting with upmost discretion.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 to £29,000.00 /year
