**Specification**

This is a vitally important position within Tailor Made assisting in delivering projects across the range of services and solutions provided by the company. There is an element of customer-facing work with this role, so you will be an excellent communicator with well-developed presentation and communication skills with a fundamental understanding of IT technologies.

Your responsibilities will be to assist the project management team to span the entire project life-cycle, from project initiation to project closure. You will assist with planning, managing, monitoring and controlling projects, using methodologies as required by Tailor Made or as specified by the customer. It is expected that you will become fully competent in the use of MS-Office products.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with managing the project start up process, including liaison with the engineering teams, account and service managers, consultancy teams and the customers themselves.
- Assisting with actual management and monitoring of the project stages
- Assisting with management of risk, change and escalation using appropriate project management processes.
- Assisting with project closure including creation of appropriate reports and logs.
- Assisting with internal management of the project including resource and budget management through liaison with the accounts and engineering teams.

**Relevant Experience & Training-**
- Demonstrable track record of some project coordination experience
- Demonstrable capacity to coordinate multiple projects for customers
- Fundamental understanding of IT technology and services
- A full UK driving licence is required

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fareham, PO15 7PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT Infrastructure Projects: 2 years (preferred)
- IT Project coordinator: 3 years (required)
