**Job Purpose**:?

To mitigate key information security risks that ODEON Cinemas Group has exposure to, provide strategic & operational leadership of the Group Information security strategic, policy and delivery of the supporting architecture / roadmap across all Europeanlocations, work closely with IT and business teams across the Group to raise awareness and drive adoption of IT security standards within business as usual activities and new initiatives.?

**Key Accountabilities**:?
- Provide leadership to develop and execute on an enterprise information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business strategy and with full executive support?
- Build and maintain the senior relationships necessary for the successful execution of the information security strategy and roadmap, highlighting key areas of risk and vulnerability?
- Prioritise key information security initiatives and assist in securing the necessary funding for implementation?
- Lead the implementation of information security initiatives as part of the roadmap, scheduling work with other technical / business teams and third parties as required?
- Assist in the running of information security governance through formal reporting to the relevant committees and risk forums?
- Create and maintain an IT security architecture for the group ?
- Actively maintain knowledge of the threat landscape leveraging external network and key advisors?
- Develop and maintain practical and actionable information security policies and standards that reflect the needs of the business while keeping pace with changes and threats in order to effectively manage and mitigate risks ?
- Support compliance with PCIDSS, GDPR, SOX and any other relevant key control requirements?
- Develop and embed an on-going communications and training programme to raise awareness of information security policy and standards across the group?
- Collaborate with other business and IT teams to provide information security requirements for new initiatives at design stage?
- Measure compliance with the information security policies and standards, ensuring non compliance are captured ands risk assessed?
- Develop and maintain a responsive and effective information security incident response capability that will quickly identify, contain and resolve any security incidents, meet compliance and reporting obligations and integrates with wider Crisis Managementplans???????

**???????Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Strong experience in IT and proven ability leading the development, planning, co-ordination and delivery of an information security roadmap
- A strong collaborator able to influence at all levels within the organisation to ensure information security risks are understood and acted upon
- Excellent communications skills in framing and messaging issues of a highly technical nature into meaningful and relevant information for a range of audiences
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to
- management and business personnel;
- Able to draw from proven experience to gain buy-in to various information security policies and initiatives
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
- A strong understanding of the business impact of security tools, technologies and policies.
- Track record of delivering large and complex information security initiatives within a medium / large scale organisation, including a project management mindset
- Ability to travel in EU as required and as and when govt regulations allow

**Desirable**
- Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as International Standards Organization (ISO) 2700x, the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), CIS., NIST, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT)
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computing or information security or equivalent work experience
- Information security professional qualifications (CISMP, CISSM, SSCP, CAP, etc)
- Experience working in retail and hospitality industries
