**Insurance Advisor**

We have an exciting opportunity for applicants to join a thriving Exeter business working as an Insurance Adviser at First2Protect.

First2Protect is an insurance broker based in a modern office in the Southernhay area of the City Centre. We have over 80 employees and 70,000 policy holders insured through us. We pride ourselves on delivering first class service and hold a 4.7 Trust Pilotrating, as well as providing a 5 start Defaqto rated product.

Despite the pandemic, First2Protect delivered an outstanding 2020 result. This has allowed us to continue to grow our team and success even further in 2021

As the insurance arm of the LSL property Services group we provide property insurance solutions for a whole host of different clients along their property journey. This includes tenants, first time buyers right through to owners of large property portfolio’s.

You will be working as part of a team that is responsible for listening to our clients needs and providing them with advice, before presenting them with a quote and arranging their Insurance policy to protect their investments.

Employee development is at the heart of what we do, all of our leaders and trainers were once advisors and have progressed into senior roles from developing their skills and knowledge throughout their careers here.

Once competent with the role you will be eligible for enrolment onto a sponsored apprenticeship to become a qualified insurance practitioner, giving you a CII certified qualification upon completion. There are also further opportunities for qualificationsand progression such as our Leadership Pathway programme to prepare you for future opportunities.

**What do we expect from you?**

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (not including 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £21,500pa with OTE at £24,500 with uncapped bonus opportunities.
