Associate, Investment Remediation

**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

Within this 6 month contract the Administration Associate will assist with and manage the day-to-day administration for the team, and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team/office. A key part of this task will be helping complete the current AML remediation project.

**What will you do?**
- Support Team Leaders by identifying their needs and delivering an efficient service.
- Ensures client processes and team objectives are communicated, understood and adhered to by all team members.
- Sets and maintains high performance standards for self, supporting RBC CI’s strategic goals.
- Communicating with clients and processing client payments.
- Assisting with the AML remediation project.
- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments.
- Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions.
- Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communication skills - oral and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.

**Nice-to-have**
- Proven AML Client Data Collection experience preferred.
