Job title: Customer Support Engineer
Location: Poole, home-based, but requires travelling to the sites

**Salary**: £38k to £42kpa (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, permanent position
World leading technology Group, developing, manufacturing, and supporting sophisticated automated robotic solutions for use within the global electronics industries.
Furthermore, extensive induction training is provided in the office and abroad (France). As a team member of customer support team, you will be ensuring the clients worldwide are on-line 100% of the time, covering our client's product range as well as workingon high end capital equipment, domestically and internationally.
Summary of Customer Support Engineer position:

- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of equipment
- Preform on-site trouble shooting and repairs
- Provide technical support and training to the customers at their location
- Liaise with other teams, such as customer services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales teams
- Timely handle field service calls as well as complete and submit required paperwork
- Attend future training courses
Qualifications and Experience required for Customer Support Engineer role:

- You have good level of diagnostic abilities, including computer literacy, electro-mechanical & electronics knowledge using circuit diagrams and schedules
- Have exposure to and familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount) Industry-preferably, however good knowledge of Automatic / Robotic Systems will be acceptable
- You must be willing to travel in UK and abroad on the occasion
