An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator, working with a growing company that specialises in building and facilities management due to winning long term contracts
This is a full time position. Monday - Friday. No weekends Office based in Poole.
We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator who will be motivated to provide great customer and client support, an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent IT skills. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calmand courteous.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call tenants to book in engineer appointments.
- Answer incoming calls from tenants and engineers, helping with queries.
- Maintain a diary to ensure promises and follow-ups are actioned, ensuring contract compliance.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with team.
**Person Specification**
- Thrive in a busy and lively office environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Would be nice but not essential to have an understanding of Social Housing / Supported living organisations.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Strong written/communication skills.
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
