Trading Junior Product Owner

**About the Role**: As Junior Product Owner you will be embedded within the Trading R&D team to facilitate the Trading team’s delivery of exciting new opportunities in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and increasingly competitive marketplace, allowing them to test and learn quickly, keeping their eyes on our customers, prices, and liabilities. This will support the growth and refinement of our product offering of our Sportsbooks across all of our territories and platforms. Acting as a key point of contact for the team in collaboration with many others across the business, such as Trading, Tech, and Commercial, you will lead in capturing and prioritising detailed requirements, translating them into actionable items of work for the analysts to build and improve statistical sports models and Trading tools, thus a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Trading process is crucial. Stakeholder management will be a large part of the role, with requests coming from many different areas, each differing in importance and time-criticality, thus maintaining good relationships through regular communication to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and aid in evaluative reporting following implementation will be important. Attention to detail will be vital as you seek to capture complex requests where a small mistake could lead to some large and undesired Trading liabilities, but your Trading expertise will naturally be an advantage here, and you will be able to aid with some UAT, bug investigations, or replaying complex scenarios within our Trading systems to validate the success of failure of features on behalf of the Trading team.
