The ideal candidate will work with the Product Manager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the product delivers maximum value to partners. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, prioritise features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a seamless and efficient procurement experience.Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesCommunicate the product vision and define roadmap in line with the Product Manager’s strategy and the businesses objectivesStay updated on technologies, and user needs to advise product approachBuild, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goalsDefine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure transparency for the development teamAct as the primary liaison between business collaborators, development teams, and end-usersGather and translate user requirements into actionable product featuresProduct Development:Supervise all stages of product development, from conceptualisation to releaseLeading the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needsPerformance Monitoring:Define and supervise key performance indicators to measure product successGather user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvementPeople ManagementLead and develop a team of 3 system adminsSkills & CapabilitiesAbility to lead development team to successProblem solvingQualifications & ExperienceCrucial:Previous experience with procurement system CoupaValidated experience as a Product Owner, preferably in procurement or supply chain managementSolid understanding of procurement processes, tools, and technologiesProficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to balance multiple priorities, make smart trade-offs based on value and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Experience with data analytics and reporting toolsExperience of implementing 3rd Party software on a large scale would be advantageousKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in procurementExperience of finance processes and platformsThis role is pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency in procurement processes.Measure of SuccessQuantifiable value of risks mitigated, revenue driven and time/cost savingsAbout FlutterFlutter is the world’s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
