**What you will be doing...**

As our new **Junior Product Owner**, you’ll work across large business areas, such as pre-booking, post-booking, finance and legal, airline and holiday operations, or business continuity. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you’ll adapt quickly to changes. At**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll gain an understanding of our customer, helping build a product strategy to deliver the best experiences within your area of ownership.
- You’ll support multi-disciplinary teams from across the business to validate, grow and scale ideas that our customers, colleagues and supply chain love.
- You’ll work towards outcomes, using data to track metrics that are important, and showing that you are improving them based on a clear set of objectives.
- You’ll support delivery functions and helping manage backlogs to build customer centric technology products.
- You’ll work closely with counterparts in product ownership, design, business analysis and software engineering to define solutions.

**What you’ll have**:

- You’ll have a willingness to learn and become an advocate for change and support a product-led culture.
- You’ll have a passion for problem solving, with demonstrable investigation and prioritisation skills.
- You’ll have experience in driving change in your current area - whether that be in a product capacity now, or as a user supporting implementation of new products through testing and training.
- You’ll have experience in utilising data and be comfortable using it to highlight performance.
- You’ll be an effective communicator at all levels and areas of the business with strong stakeholder management skills.#LI-Hybrid
